In order to complete your application, you must send a deposit for the following amount. This amount is non-refundable. The balance (tuition & housing) is due not later than April 5, 2010. Checks should be made payable to Loyola University Chicago.

$750 for Rome & Strasbourg Field Study Program

Preferences

If we are unable to accommodate your request to attend all programs, please indicate if your preference would be to do China only, Rome only, Rome plus China only, Rome plus China plus Strasbourg only, or none of the programs.

Housing Note
We are particularly sensitive to the need for consideration of others in the close quarters of the program housing. Due to the lack of sufficient sound insulation and the minimal size of the dorm rooms, no group gatherings will be permitted within the individual dorm rooms. Further, no alcoholic beverages, smoking, or illegal drugs will be permitted anywhere on campus. The only exception to this ruling is smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area outside the dorm building; and modest servings of alcohol may be provided at official program events.
